Appointments
We encourage appointments, as that assists us in seeing patients on a timely basis; however, walk-in cases are accepted. Priority is given to critical patients followed by scheduled appointments with walk-ins being worked in as quickly as possible. Scheduling an appointment ahead of time goes a long way toward avoiding a long wait to be seen.
Patient Restraint and Control
For the welfare of you, your pet, other clients and pets, as well as our staff, all patients must be properly restrained and in control while on our premises. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier as is appropriate for that pet. If you do not have a leash or carrier, please let us know upon your arrival and before bringing your pet into the clinic and we will provide one for you.
Boarding and Grooming
Pre-approved appointments and/or reservations are generally required for boarding and grooming services. It is best to schedule these services as far in advance as possible, since we are often fully booked on short notice. All pets must be up to date on all required vaccinations and parasite exams. This helps to protect the welfare of all patients in our hospital, as well as the welfare of our staff.
After-hours Emergencies and Care
All after-hours cases/emergencies are referred to our two affiliated area animal emergency hospitals (see after-hours emergency services)
